We've lost our roots, you all know it's true.

Traded everything old, for everything new.

Cheap imitations of times long since past,

I wanna see, just how long we can last.



Funny, really, I mean not to laugh,

embrace thy monster and other riff raff.

Call me lame, call me crazy, call me cynical, sad.

But it just doesn't matter cause it's all just a fad.



All a phase in a lifetime with many to come.

To fight it would be naive, pointless and dumb.

So sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride up,
